Founder and CEO, Joel Hobbs began his career as a developer at Texas Learning Technology Group in 1990, where he was a member of the visionary team that created the first technology-based product, TLTG Chemistry I, to be adopted as a high-school textbook alternative.

During his career, his work has won over twenty national and international awards. He has led teams in the development of innovative and large-scale instructional solutions for organizations such as The Acton MBA in Entrepreneurship, The Bauer College of Business, Dell, Disney Interactive, The Hartford, Liz Claiborne, Pepsico, RiverDeep, and Whole Foods Market. Joel previously served as President at Fusion Learning Systems, Inc.
